Service Description

The team here works with ages 8 and up during these in-person sessions where we explore different modalities to find what is the best fit for your needs. We build on your goals for a mindful and deeper connection to your self in this natural setting. Here on the farm we partner with various animals in conjunction with the counseling techniques to offer individual mental health service, tailored to our client's needs. These various therapeutic methods include a person-centered approach with a focus on improving your self-regulating techniques in a mindful and balanced way. Come prepared to be outside, to get a little dirty, and do not wear anything you don't want to get animal hair on!
