Process and How It Works
  • The main goal of this service is to focus on the needs and requests of the patient. Separate from the medical needs which are being met by the drs and medical team the mental health and requests are made my focus.

  •  This is a benefit to my clients because no matter how busy their medical team is there is someone specifically there to attend to the mental wellbeing of the patient as well as to provide support to their loved ones.

  • Patients also see a benefit in having someone specific outside of family and friends to assist them in making necessary plans for the actual picture of what the patient wants their final moments to look like.

  • I work closely with patients and loved ones to help reduces stresses, feelings of isolation and depression.

  • Working with the families to explain end-of-life to children and help them through their experience and the bereavement process.

  • Conserve the patience dignity through end-of-life processes.

  • Integration with any desired spiritual practices.

  •  The Benefit of the Animal Assisted Integration into the program. At the client’s preferred location or here at the farm is an option.
