We provide a therapy service intended to finally allow you to feel comfortable in your own skin — to understand yourself more clearly, learn about your emotions and how they shape your world, explore how outside factors influence you, find ways to express yourself in a safe, loving environment, and finally begin to heal.

To make your healing journey feel grounded, supportive, and intentional, we follow three simple steps. Each one is designed to help you feel understood, prepared, and supported as we begin working together.
Step 1 — Discovery Call (15–30 minutes, Free):
We start with a free discovery call so you can share what you’re going through, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit for you. It’s a simple, pressure-free way to understand your needs before we meet in person.
Step 2 — Introductory Session (90 minutes):
Next, we meet either on the farm or online for a deeper introductory session where we can begin connecting and build a plan moving forward.
Step 3: Your Personalized Plan
We design a structured, supportive plan built around your goals, growth, and healing.
