Full Moon in June: A Time to Return to Yourself

As the full moon rises in the warmth of June, we enter the 16th lunar day — a moment long honored as a pause, a breath, a gentle exhale after the blooming intensity of the spring season. This moon doesn’t call for doing, fixing, or rushing. It asks us to soften. To come home to ourselves.
In the rush of our modern lives, we’re taught to bloom endlessly. To push through. But nature, in her wisdom, shows us otherwise. After the abundant energy of spring — sowing, planting, expanding — there comes a time to rest, reflect, and root.
This lunar moment invites exactly that. A sacred window to take a break, reconnect with your body, and turn inward. So often, women give endlessly to others while neglecting to nourish their own wells. Why is it so difficult to give ourselves permission to pause? To claim space? To say, “I need time for me”?
The Power of Safe Spaces for Women
This is where women’s circles become medicine.
There is something profoundly ancient and healing about women gathering — not to perform, compete, or prove — but simply to be. To be witnessed. To hold space and be held in return. In a women’s circle, the masks can fall. Words can be clumsy or poetic, it doesn't matter. What's sacred is that they are shared — openly, safely, without judgment.
In a world that often asks women to compress their truth into neat, acceptable packages, circles allow for expansion. Tears, laughter, silence — all are welcome. And in that shared presence, something magical happens: harmony returns. Not just within, but between us. It is a remembering.
Harmony After the Hustle
The full moon in June offers the perfect backdrop for this. The lunar light reflects our inner rhythms — ebb and flow, action and rest. And after the high-energy outward movement of spring, we are being called back to center. To check in with our inner landscape and ask: What do I need now? What am I ready to let go of? What needs tending within me?
Gathering in circle with other women during this time amplifies the healing. As each woman speaks her truth, others see themselves reflected. As each holds space for another, they restore balance in themselves.

A Gentle Invitation
So let this full moon be your invitation to join us in the energy of this full moon. We will gather in our treasured event space here on the farm. A little fairy circle of magic. We will share a moment of pause and peave.
Let laughter spill and tears fall. Give yourself — and each other — a moment of grace.
Because healing doesn’t always come through doing. Sometimes it comes in the quiet, in the soft holding, in the knowing that you are not alone.
This June full moon is not just an end — it’s a return. A return to your own rhythm. A return to each other.
